In a nutshell...

I guide marketers and business owners to focus on long-term marketing and adapt in an ever-changing digital landscape.

I love teaching and mentoring, not just for the sake of transferring knowledge, but also to make an impact on your life. The way I do it is a bit different - practical, adaptive, gamified and interactive.

My motivation comes from a belief that genuine human interaction is always at the heart of a business, and that conversation is the key to long-term relationships with customers. It is what makes anything move forward.

My focus now is building the Conversologist framework within a community-led organisation.
